Pengaruh Ekstrak Etanol Kurma Ajwa (Phoenix dactylifera L.) Terhadap Efek Afrodisiak Pada Mencit (Mus muscullus L) Putih Jantan Obesitas

ABSTRAK 

Penurunan afrodisiak merupakan penyakit disfungsi seksual. Salah satunya disebabkan karena obesitas yang memicu rendahnya kadar hormon testosteron total di bagian perifer jaringan adiposa penderita obesitas. Kurma ajwa (Phoenix dactylifera L.) memiliki aktivitas afrodisiak yang mampu meningkatkan gairah seks. Penelitian ini menggunakan ekstrak etanol kurma ajwa (Phoenix dactylifera L.) dengan dosis 158 mg/kgBB, 317 mg/kgBB dan 476 mg/kgBB. Untuk melihat efektivitas afrodisiak kurma ajwa (Phoenix dactylifera L.) pada mencit (Mus muscullus L.) putih jantan menggunakan parameter ICC (Introducing, climbing, coitus) dan diperlakukan selama 14 hari. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan Uji One Way Anova didapatkan nilai Sig. kecil dari Sig. α (0.05). Dan ekstrak etanol kurma ajwa (Phoenix dactylifera L.) memiliki efektifitas afrodisiak pada dosis 158 mg/kgBB.

Low sexual desire or low libido is one of the most common male sexual dysfunction. One of them is caused by obesity which triggers low levels of the total testosterone hormone in the peripheral part of the adipose tissue of obese people. Kurma Ajwa (Phoenix dactylifera L.) have aphrodisiac activity which can increase sex drive. This study used the ethanol extract of kurma ajwa (Phoenix dactylifera L.) with a dose of 158 mg / kg, 317 mg / kg and 476 mg / kg of weight. To see the effectiveness of the aphrodisiac of Kurma Ajwa (Phoenix dactylifera L.) in male white mice (Mus muscullus L.) using ICC (Introducing, climbing, coitus) parameters and treated for 14 days.
